Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular property patrols to detect security risks
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information while maintaining security presence
- Enforce property access controls and safety regulations for all visitors and staff
- Document security incidents with detailed reports and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Conduct safety inspections and implement emergency response procedures
- Maintain communication with security team and hotel management during all shifts
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Officer certification and Malaysian SIRIM license
- Minimum 1 year experience in security or hospitality safety roles
- Strong observational skills and ability to assess potential threats
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency with surveillance technology and communication systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of local Kuching regulations and security protocols
