Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access or prohibited activities.
- Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control software.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough visitor registration and perform entry/exit checks for personnel and vehicles.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, occurrences, and surveillance reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Assist in fire safety and evacuation drills when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Willingness to undergo and complete mandatory security training (if not already certified).
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and situational awareness.
- Ability to work fixed shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
- Good command of written and spoken English for effective reporting.
- Prior experience in the security or hospitality sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties.
- Must possess a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
