Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a visible security presence and conduct regular foot patrols to ensure site safety.
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Manage visitor registration, key handling, and contractor access procedures professionally.
- Respond promptly to security alerts, emergency situations, or fire alarm activations.
- Write accurate and detailed incident reports according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist with crowd management and provide excellent customer service to site occupants.
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency responders when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid PLRD license (for trained officers); untrained individuals are encouraged to apply as training can be provided.
- Hold a valid RTT (Recognized Training Certification) if applicable.
- Ability to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Strong physical stamina and alertness to handle security-related duties.
- Good command of written and spoken English for report writing and communication.
- Integrity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in the security or uniformed services sector is an advantage.
