In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, constructing, and fortifying the internal systems that power our global operations.
As part of our high-growth Information Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of internal platforms, including HR, enterprise resource planning, and internal communication tools. You will work alongside world-class engineers to proactively identify vulnerabilities, manage incident responses, and implement cutting-edge security architectures in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain secure architecture for internal business systems and enterprise applications.
- Perform regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning on internal platforms.
- Monitor security operations, analyze logs, and lead incident response efforts for security breaches or anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to integrate 'Security by Design' principles into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage security configurations for cloud environments and internal network infrastructure.
- Develop and document security policies, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding information security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Security Operations, InfoSec, or Cyber Defense.
- Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and common attack vectors (OWASP Top 10, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Shell) for security automation.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization security (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise system architecture and identity access management (IAM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or OSCP are highly preferred.
