Join Foodpanda's Security Operations team as a Security Operations Analyst and become a critical guardian of our digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll proactively detect, analyze, and mitigate sophisticated cyber threats targeting our global food delivery platform. You'll operate at the intersection of technology and intelligence, leveraging cutting-edge security tools to safeguard customer data, payment systems, and operational infrastructure. Collaborate closely with incident response teams to develop actionable threat intelligence, automate detection workflows, and enhance our security posture. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS systems, and endpoint detection tools
- Investigate security incidents using forensic methodologies and coordinate cross-functional response actions
- Develop and maintain automated detection playbooks for emerging threat vectors
- Generate executive security reports with actionable metrics and trend analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security controls in cloud environments
- Participate in threat hunting exercises and proactive security assessments
- Document security procedures and contribute to the security knowledge base
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security orchestration tools
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat actor TTPs
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIH, Security+, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to prioritize critical security events
