Hyundai Engineering Indonesia Facility Management is seeking a highly organized and vigilant Security Operations Coordinator to oversee our security protocols and subcontractor performance in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for facility safety, ensuring that our security standards remain world-class while managing external partners effectively.
You will be responsible for monitoring daily site operations, enforcing compliance, and mitigating security risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily security operations and supervise subcontractor activities within the facility.
- Monitor and enforce facility safety protocols and security standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security vulnerabilities or maintenance issues.
- Act as the primary liaison between Hyundai Engineering and external security service providers.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of security incidents, shift reports, and subcontractor attendance.
- Manage emergency response drills and ensure all security personnel are properly trained.
- Analyze security data and provide performance reports to the Facility Management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Management or Law preferred).
- Proven experience (min. 2-3 years) in security operations, facility management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian security regulations and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractor teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite for reporting and documentation.
- Possess relevant security certifications (e.g., Gada Madya or equivalent).
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to be stationed in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
