- Lead and mentor the Security Operations Center (SOC) team in 24/7 threat detection and incident response
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced SIEM playbooks and automation workflows
- Drive threat hunting initiatives to proactively identify and neutralize sophisticated attacks
- Coordinate cross-functional incident response involving engineering, legal, and executive teams
- Develop and execute security awareness training programs for technical staff
- Optimize security monitoring tools and processes for maximum efficiency
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for SOC performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years leading security operations teams
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and threat detection methodologies
- Strong background in incident response, forensics, and threat intelligence
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and blockchain security protocols
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes security incidents and crisis situations
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
