- Supervise and direct security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency
- Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols aligned with U.S. Army requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits for facility protection
- Coordinate emergency response procedures during security incidents or threats
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol activities to maintain constant vigilance
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation for stakeholder review
- Train security staff in defensive tactics, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with military personnel and local law enforcement agencies for coordinated operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years experience in security supervision or law enforcement leadership
- Proven expertise in risk assessment and emergency response protocols
- Strong understanding of physical security systems and surveillance technologies
- Valid security management certification (e.g., PSP, PCI) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances for U.S. Army support
- Exceptional decision-making skills under pressure in high-stakes environments
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating multi-agency operations
- Physical fitness to perform site inspections and emergency response duties
