As a Security Supervisor, you will be the frontline leader responsible for overseeing security personnel, managing emergency response protocols, and ensuring strict adherence to site safety standards.

You will play a pivotal role in risk assessment, asset protection, and maintaining seamless communication between the security team and management. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the security team, ensuring all personnel are performing their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Manage surveillance systems and access control protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed daily shift logs, incident reports, and security documentation for management review.
- Oversee the training and development of new security staff regarding safety protocols and de-escalation techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar security leadership role.
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, CCTV monitoring, and access control systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and make rapid, logical decisions during emergencies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and labor laws relevant to security operations in the Philippines.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in report writing and basic security software.
- Valid Security License or relevant security certifications are highly preferred.
