As a Security Supervisor, you will be instrumental in creating a secure environment where our guests can relax and enjoy their stay. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless security operations and maintain the highest standards of safety across the property. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with international standards
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activities
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Train security staff on proper protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Valid security certification and relevant licensing as required by Indonesian regulations
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergency situations
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to security incidents as needed
