Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of security officers across manufacturing and logistics facilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols for asset protection and access control
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits in operational areas
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for security incidents and workplace hazards
- Monitor CCTV systems and patrol schedules to maintain surveillance coverage
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Train security staff on emergency procedures, conflict resolution, and safety regulations
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Valid Malaysian Security Officer certification and Class G license
- Strong knowledge of Johor state security regulations and industrial safety standards
- Proven experience with CCTV systems, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Certification in first aid and emergency response procedures
- Proficient in incident reporting and documentation systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
