Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of three security officers during the day shift.
- Monitor site security and conduct regular patrols to ensure premises remain safe and secure.
- Manage attendance, daily briefings, and task allocation for the shift team.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and management to address security concerns or building maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local security regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security breaches, emergencies, or visitor inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a security supervisory or team lead capacity is essential.
- Possess a valid Security Officer License (PLRD) as required by Singapore regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English for reporting purposes.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and punctuality.
- Knowledge of basic security systems, CCTV monitoring, and access control procedures.
