We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems P&C (Protection & Control) Engineer to join our elite engineering team in Singapore. In this role, you will lead the technical design, deployment, and optimization of sophisticated security systems across our diverse physical infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced Security Protection & Control systems across Tesla facilities.
- Lead the technical lifecycle of physical security infrastructure, from concept to commissioning and continuous optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex integrated systems, ensuring high availability and compliance with international security standards.
- Develop detailed engineering documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, and Global Security to integrate security protocols with existing building management systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee on-site installation quality to ensure adherence to Teslaâs rigorous design specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and performance audits to proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems design, specifically within P&C or large-scale physical security integration.
- Deep understanding of IP-based security architectures, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar engineering software for system drafting and schematic design.
- Strong grasp of network protocols, low-voltage cabling standards, and server/database infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes engineering projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying technical bottlenecks.
