- Develop customized security system proposals and quotes with precise pricing and technical specifications
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate client requirements into tailored security solutions
- Research and incorporate latest security technologies and vendor offerings into proposals
- Manage proposal workflow from initial inquiry to final submission with strict deadlines
- Maintain accurate product databases and pricing information for security equipment
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain current pricing and technical documentation
- Ensure all proposals comply with industry standards and company policies
- Analyze project specifications to recommend optimal security system configurations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in proposal writing, estimating, or technical sales coordination
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
- Proficiency in proposal software (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills for complex data interpretation and pricing accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
