Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of Access Control and CCTV systems across all Philippine sites
- Implement and enforce security protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate system installations, maintenance, and upgrades with technical teams and vendors
- Lead security incident investigations and prepare comprehensive documentation
- Train security personnel on system operations and emergency response procedures
- Monitor system performance analytics to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Develop cost-effective security solutions aligned with organizational objectives
- Ensure 24/7 system functionality through proactive maintenance and contingency planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience managing Access Control/CCTV systems in corporate environments
- Professional certification in security systems (e.g., PSP, CPP, CCTV/ACCP certification)
- Expert knowledge of security technologies and industry best practices
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Proficient in security system troubleshooting and network integration
- Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and security audits
- Ability to work flexible schedules including rotational on-call duties
