Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control access points to the villa, verifying guest identities and issuing visitor passes.
- Conduct regular patrols of the villa grounds and perimeter to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general assistance to enhance their stay.
- Maintain accurate daily security logs, incident reports, and access records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and management to address any safety concerns within the property.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian security license or certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality security, villa management, or residential security.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure or in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and able to perform shift work, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in using CCTV systems and basic security equipment.
