As a Security Vulnerability Management Specialist / Team Lead at Accenture, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets against evolving cyber threats. This senior position requires you to lead end-to-end vulnerability management operations, ensuring timely detection, assessment, and remediation of security weaknesses across complex IT infrastructures. You'll develop and implement robust vulnerability management strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in security postures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in vulnerability scanning tools, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks. You'll be responsible for generating comprehensive vulnerability reports, communicating findings to stakeholders, and providing expert guidance to junior team members. - Lead end-to-end vulnerability management operations for enterprise clients
- Develop and implement comprehensive vulnerability management strategies and policies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using industry-leading tools and techniques
- Coordinate remediation efforts across IT, development, and operations teams
- Generate and present detailed vulnerability reports to stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerability trends
- Mentor and guide junior team members in vulnerability management best practices
- Collaborate with security architects to design secure systems and applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in vulnerability management
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, etc.)
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) preferred
