Tanggung Jawab
- Guide prospective sellers through platform features and benefits to ensure understanding.
- Conduct training sessions and walkthroughs to facilitate successful onboarding.
- Address seller inquiries and resolve technical or account-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to optimize the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell premium services to new sellers.
- Analyze seller feedback to suggest improvements to the platform interface.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or e-commerce is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
