Tanggung Jawab
Manage and nurture relationships with sellers through regular phone calls and WhatsApp communications
Provide product training and support to new and existing sellers
Address seller inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to sellers
Monitor seller performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller-related issues
Document all interactions and maintain accurate seller records
Conduct regular follow-ups with sellers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in using CRM systems and communication tools
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Previous experience in e-commerce or online marketplace is a plus
