Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and related metrology equipment to support semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Perform detailed failure analysis and defect inspection on wafers and dies to identify root causes of yield issues.
- Analyze SEM images and data to provide accurate feedback to process engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and quality assurance, to resolve technical anomalies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, cleanroom regulations, and ISO quality standards during all operations.
- Document inspection results, maintain detailed logs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and calibration of SEM tools to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience operating SEM equipment or similar metrology tools within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex technical data and engineering schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, essential for identifying microscopic defects.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and safety.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team structure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by production schedules.
