In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of semiconductor production lines, maintaining equipment precision, and upholding the highest quality standards in the industry.
This position offers a competitive salary package of up to $3,600 per month, supplemented by attractive shift allowances for night-shift rotations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on wafers and components to ensure adherence to strict technical specifications.
- Document production logs and report equipment malfunctions to engineering teams promptly.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom safety protocols, gowning procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance production yield and process safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily output targets in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and operating digital control interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) as required by production schedules.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- A proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
