As a vital link in our operations, you will focus on the technical support and maintenance of DISCO wafer dicing and grinding equipment. You will ensure that production lines run smoothly by performing precise calibrations, conducting rigorous maintenance checks, and resolving technical discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on DISCO wafer dicing and grinding machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
- Conduct machine installation, startup, and calibration processes according to manufacturer specifications.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers regarding machine operation and safety protocols.
- Analyze customer application needs and recommend process improvements to enhance cutting efficiency.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement machine upgrades and modifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or machine engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in DISCO machinery (Dicing and Grinding machines).
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for on-site technical support and client visits.
