Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Semicon Quality Senior / Staff Engineer to drive process excellence and ensure the highest standards of production quality.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust Quality Assurance strategies to maintain process stability and ensure full compliance with international semiconductor standards. You will act as the technical subject matter expert, bridging the gap between production efficiency and rigorous quality control. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can lead root cause analysis, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of quality throughout the facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced Quality Assurance strategies for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects and maximize yield.
- Monitor and analyze real-time process data to ensure adherence to SPC (Statistical Process Control) limits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional production teams to improve throughput without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry-specific regulations.
- Review and approve new process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control plans.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and provide technical guidance on complex troubleshooting issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologies, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 audit environments is highly desirable.
