Join the dynamic team at Realtek as a Semiconductor Application Engineer specializing in IoT Development. We are seeking a technically skilled professional to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge semiconductor technology and our customers' real-world applications. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the adoption of Realtek’s IoT solutions, ensuring our clients can successfully integrate our high-performance chipsets into their products. You will act as the technical expert, providing end-to-end support from the initial design phase to mass production.
As an Application Engineer, you will work closely with our global R&D and Sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the latest wireless connectivity technologies, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and audio processing, impacting a wide range of smart home, industrial, and consumer electronics applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Realtek’s IoT and connectivity chipsets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with the design-in process, including hardware and software debugging, prototype validation, and mass production support.
- Develop and maintain application notes, reference designs, and technical documentation to facilitate customer adoption.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Marketing, and Sales, to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal sales staff to enhance product knowledge.
- Analyze field issues and feedback to identify root causes and drive product improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor applications, embedded systems, or firmware development.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience with Embedded C.
- Knowledge of RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) and microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM).
- Understanding of wireless communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Zigbee.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
