Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive DFT methodologies for semiconductor products
- Create and optimize test plans, test vectors, and automation scripts for complex SoCs
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure testability and manufacturability requirements
- Analyze test data to identify failure patterns and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain ATE programs for wafer and final test validation
- Research and integrate emerging DFT techniques and industry standards
- Document test specifications, procedures, and results for regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor DFT or test engineering
- Expertise in DFT methodologies including Scan, BIST, JTAG, and ATPG
- Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL) and scripting (Python/Tcl)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and test equipment
- Experience with EDA tools (Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, Cadence)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
