Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment at client sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades to minimize downtime
- Document service reports and technical procedures in both English and Chinese
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring equipment failures
- Train client technicians on equipment operation and best practices
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for replacement components
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) for client communication
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, etching, deposition)
- Certification in relevant semiconductor equipment platforms preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent regional travel
