Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain advanced optical inspection and measurement equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to minimize production downtime
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Deliver technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance
- Document service activities and maintain accurate service records and reports
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges and improve equipment reliability
- Stay updated on the latest technological developments in the semiconductor industry
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service engineering or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of optical systems, measurement principles, and automation
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment is highly advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required
