You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor real-time production metrics of fully automated semiconductor lines to ensure optimal output.
- Analyze production data to identify, diagnose, and resolve process deviations or equipment performance issues.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on Cycle Time reduction and Yield enhancement.
- Collaborate with process engineering and equipment maintenance teams to minimize tool downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production line operations to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for any manufacturing non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior technicians and coordinate shift-based production activities to meet daily output targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment or high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes (e.g., photolithography, etch, thin films).
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) tools, JMP, or Minitab for data analysis.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into actionable production strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced team environment.
