Join People Profilers as a Semiconductor QA Senior/Staff Engineer and lead transformative quality assurance initiatives in our advanced manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies for semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Lead process stability initiatives ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO, SEMI)
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality deviations and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate quality controls into new processes
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and inspection protocols
- Mentor QA engineers and staff in advanced quality methodologies
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven quality monitoring
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of QA experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Deep expertise in semiconductor process flows and yield improvement
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SEMI standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, and other quality engineering tools
- Proven track record of implementing process stability programs
- Experience leading cross-functional quality improvement teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
