Tanggung Jawab
- Manage process change QA functions to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product introductions
- Perform quality audits and verify process controls
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Monitor quality metrics and report on KPI performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) preferred
