Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the semiconductor sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in electronics manufacturing and technology companies
- Provide technical product demonstrations and solutions presentations to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless customer integration of semiconductor solutions
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Represent Marketech International at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor or technical sales
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex semiconductor products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for client travel
