Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal output.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and maintain accurate technical documentation and logs.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new facility machinery and hardware.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve equipment-related downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a semiconductor, wafer fabrication, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations, ESD protocols, and industrial safety compliance.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic shift environment and adapt to evolving operational needs.
