Join A-Control & Instrumentation as a Senior 3D CAD Designer specializing in sheetmetal and industrial panel design. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D models of sheetmetal components and industrial panels using Fusion 360 or Solidworks
- Develop manufacturing-ready technical drawings with GD&T specifications
- Optimize designs for material efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and production feasibility
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve design-related issues
- Conduct design validation through FEA and prototyping when required
- Maintain and update CAD libraries, standards, and best practices
- Support new product development from concept through to production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D CAD design, specifically with sheetmetal components
- Expert proficiency in Fusion 360 or Solidworks with proven portfolio
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties
- Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and customer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
