We specialize in high-impact exhibitions, corporate events, and experiential marketing activations that leave a lasting impression.
As a Senior 3D Designer, you will be at the forefront of our creative process, taking projects from initial conceptualization to final execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure that every design is not only visually stunning but also technically feasible and perfectly aligned with our clients' brand identity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative 3D conceptual designs for exhibitions, booths, and experiential events.
- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into highly detailed, functional 3D models and renderings.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure all designs meet structural and safety requirements.
- Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring deadlines and high-quality standards are met.
- Create accurate floor plans, elevations, and technical specifications for fabrication teams.
- Present creative concepts effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final outputs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and new design software to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D exhibition, event, or retail display design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of spatial layout, construction materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of successful event or exhibition design projects.
