Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative 3D designs and visual concepts that effectively communicate project value and identity
- Create high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Collaborate with architects and marketing teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives
- Produce detailed 3D models, renderings, and animations for various project phases
- Apply graphic design principles to enhance marketing materials and brand consistency
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in 3D design and graphic design
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both 3D and graphic design capabilities
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
