As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the face of the company, managing prestigious accounts and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the visual communication sector.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and presentation to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client branding objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, quotations, and sales reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating effectively between the client and the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or account management, preferably in advertising, exhibition, or signage industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets consistently.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
