About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive for Apparel to join BF Jade E-Services Philippines in a hybrid work setup based in Cavite. In this role, you will act as a key commercial partner to our sellers, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the apparel category.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key seller accounts to ensure growth and retention.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and category objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Category Manager to identify opportunities for product assortment and pricing optimization.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and initiatives.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with sellers to maximize mutual value.
  • Support new business development by identifying potential partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in apparel or retail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
