Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting and securing new business within the exhibition and events sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and qualification to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the internal operations and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the exhibition, event management, or advertising industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to maintain accurate pipeline management.
- Self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
