Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B account management experience with proven revenue growth track record
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger)
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in developing strategic account plans
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with cross-cultural communication proficiency
