Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B account management or sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with complex enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute account growth plans
