Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring relationship satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
- Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve client challenges proactively
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership review
- Train and mentor junior account managers on best practices and methodologies
- Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B account management or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of Philippine market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations and collaborate across departments
- Fluent in English and Tagalog with excellent written/verbal communication
