Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, handling all client inquiries and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and align on future objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account metrics within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
