Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software solutions in the Jakarta region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase software capabilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or technical solutions
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets in the Indonesian market
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
