Are you a high-performing sales professional with a deep passion for Engineering Software solutions? Hitachi Sunway Information Systems is looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts in the CAD, CAM, CAE, and PLM software sectors, driving digital transformation for our industrial and manufacturing clients.
As a key member of our team, you will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, provide expert consultative advice, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. We are looking for an individual who thrives on business development, understands the complexities of engineering software, and is eager to contribute to our continued growth in the Indonesian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and professional networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative presentations to C-suite and engineering management stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to design customized software solutions that meet client operational requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize account growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or industrial software industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
- In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle and engineering workflow requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive-level decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
