- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise accounts and expand existing client relationships
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored IT solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and successful implementation
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging trends
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems and forecast revenue accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise IT sales solutions with proven track record
- Demonstrated success in selling complex technology solutions to large organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital transformation
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required
