Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies specifically tailored to the Food Segment.
- Identify, acquire, and retain key accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Sales Team and cross-functional departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to management.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support client decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Food and Beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit within the team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
