- Own the entire sales cycle for mobile infrastructure solutions, from opportunity identification to closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and position Nokia's solutions to address those requirements
- Create and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability
- Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of mobile infrastructure technologies and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
