Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transformation management, data strategy, or business process re-engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
