Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to management.
- Manage full tax compliance, including PPh 21/23/4/2, PPN, and annual corporate tax reporting.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting standard operating procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations; Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
