Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for Amberine Café.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and handle all monthly tax reporting requirements (e.g., PPh, PPN).
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and coordinate stock takes for café supplies and ingredients.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with café management to optimize operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and organize all financial documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure seamless internal and external auditing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian taxation laws and financial regulations (Brevet Pajak certification is highly desirable).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proactive attitude toward improving financial processes.
